Checklist

• ◯Raise the flag briskly to full-staff at sunrise
• ◯Lower it slowly to half-staff until noon
• ◯Raise it back to full-staff from noon until sunset
• ◯Light the flag properly if flown after dark
• ◯Never let the flag touch the ground
