What we collect

When you create a free FreedomMaxxing account, we collect the email address you provide. If you enable push notifications, we store a device identifier and your notification preferences so we know what to send and where. If you take the Freedom Assessment or vote in a Daily Brief poll, we store your answers and score. We also collect basic, anonymous usage analytics (pages visited, features used) to understand what’s working.

What we don’t collect

We don’t ask for your phone number, your address, or any payment information — FreedomMaxxing is free. Your progress (XP, badges, saved places, missions) lives primarily on your own device; only what’s needed to sync your account is stored on our servers.

How we use it

Your email is used to send you Daily Brief reminders, mission nudges, and founding-day notifications you’ve opted into — nothing else. We use aggregated, anonymous data (like quiz scores and poll results) to show honest, real crowd statistics back to the community. We never fabricate numbers.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your email or personal data to third parties. We use standard service providers (hosting, analytics, push notification delivery) to run the app, and they only see what’s necessary to provide that service.

Your choices

  • Every email we send has an unsubscribe option.
  • You can turn off any notification category any time in Profile.
  • You can reset all of your progress from Profile, which clears your local data on that device.
  • To request deletion of your account and email from our records, contact us below.

Children’s privacy

FreedomMaxxing is intended for a general and family audience, but accounts are meant to be created by adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
