Fly the Flag Correctly on Memorial Day

Objectives

1. ◯Step 1Raise the flag briskly to full-staff at sunrise
2. ◯Step 2Lower it slowly to half-staff until noon
3. ◯Step 3Raise it back to full-staff from noon until sunset
4. ◯Step 4Light the flag properly if flown after dark
5. ◯Step 5Never let the flag touch the ground
